Sathya Sai trustee seeks time for police questioning


Sathya Sai Central Trust, a member of the RJ Ratnakar time he tried to do Saturday to attend BEFORE POLICE on the acquisition of large amounts of cash with the joke shipped Sathya Sai Baba's ashram late.

Police Wednesday served notices Rantakar and another member of the trust, V. Srinivasan with a request to appear before the SP over three days (this Wednesday) at the quiz.
Jun 19, police seized Rs.35.5 lakh transported in a car with baby ashram in Puttaparthi, Prashanti Nilayam to Bangalore. Three people were also arrested.
Ratnakar initially said he had nothing to do with trust money, but claimed that he belonged to 12 followers, they are from the police to give explanations.
Ratnakar told reporters on Thursday that he sought legal opinion on this matter and will contain ALL the information to police.
The detainees reportedly told police that the money has been provided by members of confidence.
Seizure of cash sparked a huge row with a section of followers saying that he was transported from the Yajur Mandir, a residential district Sathya Sai Baba.

Given the serious allegations against the confidence, Andhra Pradesh government Wednesday decided to seek statements of confidence about its operations and its assets.
Ratnakar said, The trust has not yet received any warning from the government. He said the trust joke ready to provide ALL the details to the government.
For the first time in four years, The government intervened in the activity of trust. State grants the Minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah said that the allegations against the confidence forced the government to intervene. He defended the action, saying, The government wants to keep fans informed of the facts.
Mean while, police have provided any HELP Anantapur in the Income Tax (IT) authorities investigate the unaccounted cash.
The police drew the attention of the IT department soon after the cash was detained near Hindupur.
Sathya Sai Baba had flowed trust in 1970 to operate within its vast empire and run services and activities in the areas of Education and Health.
Trust, which operates in India and ITS OVER 50 other countries, it is believed that assets worth millions of rupees one thousand.
