Funeral playback singer K.S. Chithra eight-year-old daughter,Nandana, who died after falling in the pool at the villa, Dubai on Thursday morning, held in Chennai on Friday night.
Chithra has been to Dubai with his family to perform in AR Rahman Music Show and stayed in the villa when the accident happened.Nandana, differently-abled children, fell into the pool during the game. She was born and Chithra Vijayashankar in 2002, 15 years after their marriage.
Chithra firmly believed that the blessing of a child, was given to her by singing devotional songs in the movie "Nandanam". Therefore, a daughter named Nandana.
