Nayantara was born in Malayali of the Christian Jacobite family. Her parents Kurian Kurian Kodiyattu and Oman.She studied in different parts of India, mainly in northern India. She did her studies in Chennai,Jamnagar, Gujarat and Delhi. She did her school,Kendriya Vidyalayam schools in Kerala. Then he attended the Marthoma College bachelor's degree inEnglish literature.

Recently she gave pensions to the movies. But she decided to marry actor Prabhu Deva Telugu soon. She made her last film with Balakrishna film Nandhamuri Named Sri Rama Rajya.

Nayantara is an Indian film actress. Nayantara was spotted when she was still in college by director Sathyan Anthikkad. She made her debut in 2003,acting in Malayalam film Manassinakkare. She later began to appear in Tamil and Telugu films.

In 2005, she played opposite Sarath Kumar in AyyaHari, the first time in Tamil film industry, then it Chandramukhi.Horror comedy in which she starred opposite Rajinikanth, has become one of the most successful Tamil films in history, works on more than800 days in theaters, finally turning Nayantara in one of the most sought after actresses in Tamil.
