Vikram: The modern Raavan!

Junior NTR in Pathala Bhairavi remake

Junior NTR is all set to act in the remake of his grandfather SR. NTR’s “Pathala Bhairavi” which released within few years after independence. The movie is said to be produced by C. Kalyan and will be directed by Kodi Rama Krishna.
There is news that Kodi Ramakrishna, which churned latest, hit ARUNDHATI, desired to make a movie with Jr BNTR. Hearing this producer C Kalyan was ready to produce and is ready to invest loads of money into it.
Kodi recently narrated the script to Junior NTR and also convinced him that he can carve the best in this remake. But producer C Kalyan and Young tiger are a bit disappointed, as director Kodi Ramakrishna has a habit of making movies for 20- 28 months and so time factor may make them rethink on several aspects of “Pathala Bhairavi” remake.

Bava is in final Touch

Tollywood's young energetic hero Siddharth's latest film Bava, being directed by debutant Ram Babu and produced by M.L. Kumar Chowdary under the banner of Sri Keerthi Combines, has entered the fourth and final schedule of shooting, which will continue till June 2.
Starring Dr. Rajendra Prasad as Siddarth's father, this complete family entertainer revolves around the father-son relationship in the backdrop of a village. Siddharth plays the role of a naughty Krishna; Praneetha is the heroine.

Padma Bhushan A.R. Rahman!

President Pratibha Patil on Wednesday conferred the Padma awards to 130 persons at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. Actor Aamir Khan and musician A.R. Rahman were conferred Padma Bhushan, while Bollywood diva Rekha and Saif Ali Khan were awarded Padma Shri this year. Veteran actor Zohra Segal was honoured with Padma Vibhushan. Sportspersons Saina Nehwal, Narain Karthikeyan and Virendra Sehwag were given Padma Shri awards.

Junior NTR’s Wedding on May 9th

Junior NTR’s engagement with Lakshmi Pranathi ended on a happy note in the morning today. As reported earlier, Ju’ NTR pledged to marriage with Lakshmi, daughter of Srinivas Narne of Studio N News Channel. The engagement was attended by kith and kin of both the families. Both the families involved have fixed May 9th 2010 for the wedding.
